Pei

Catching up...

Back in November Brooklyn Tweed introduced a new fingering weight yarn called Loft and a collection of patterns to knit with it. I was intrigued. What better way to try out the yarn than buy a skein and the one-skein infinity scarf pattern called Pei? That's what I did.

My friend Ariel joined in the fun. We had a two-person Pei KAL. I knit most of this over Thanksgiving weekend. I blocked in early December. I am just now getting around to posting photos.

I chose the colorway Truffle Hunt which appears to be brown. But it's so much more. There are many different shades of brown, some white, even flecks of blue. The yarn is rustic while knitting with it. Once it's blocked it just blooms. It's beautiful yarn.

Here's my Pei!

Stunning! I love a tweed, and those colors are awesome.

Isn't it too bad that we can't photograph all the colors in that yarn.

Beautiful FO!!
