Most evenings end with Lucy laying next to the couch. Sometimes she lays on our feet and sometimes we put our feet on her. One benefit of such a big dog is that she makes a great ottoman!
The stuff all over the floor is toys she's shredded during the evening. (She's such a chewer.) Also note my Namaste Malibu bag full of knitting on the couch.

Kathy...hope and pray that you are safe as well as comfy! Love your cozy photo of Lucy! She does not seem to mind at all! Lucy, you are such a chewer but hopelessly devoted...such is the great love a human and friend!
Peggy, I tried to leave a comment on your blog but I am not sure it stuck! We are actually going on vacation tomorrow at 6 a.m, well before the storm. Lucy is at a kennel with back-up power so she's safe and will stay cool even if the electricity goes out.
Cute photo. She really is a chewer! I wonder if she would like porky slices. Zeus got those in a DOT swap and he loved them - and he's normally not a chewer.
